No matter what your experience with yoga is, even if you have never taken a class, you are welcome at The Yoga Room. We honor all ages, abilities, and levels.  Yoga has the power to change your mind, open your heart, and heal your body. 


The Yoga Room offers a wide variety of classes so that you can find that perfect class that fits your needs.


Classes include Yoga Basics, Chair Yoga, Gentle Flow, Candlelight Restorative, Mixed Flow and Fusion Flow 75.   We offer workshops that include meditation and anxiety reduction, myofasical release, inversions and many more.


Our yoga studio has a small tribe of skilled yoga instructors, all of whom hold a minimum 200hr RYT certification and have spent many hours of continuous training. Our teachers are passionate about yoga and strive to provide a welcoming, nurturing yoga experience leaving you feeling restored in mind and spirit.
